由于生产过程中的变化,大尺寸和小尺寸显示屏都存在颜色、亮度和闪烁上的差异。在生产的早期就开始过滤或调整这些光学特性可以节省时间并提高产量和品质。

为确保最终产品质量达到高标准,建议在生产过程中的多个阶段测试显示屏。

典型的显示测量包括:

  • 颜色分析,确保显示屏颜色再现的一致性
  • 白点调整,在生产设置中调整白点显示
  • Gamma,调整显示屏的色调转换曲线
  • Flicker,使用对比法: 最小/最大/均方根,JEITA 或 VESA 等方法测量闪烁
  • 响应时间:表征显示屏的响应速度

How are you measuring?
