High speed reliability

Asteria is a high speed photometer suited to measure illuminance. Swift and steady as it is, Asteria is able to measure waveforms of light source to determine flicker characteristics. Designed for in-line use, Asteria is available in multiple configurations and can come with an M8 fiber connector for set ups where space is limited.

  • Absolute illuminance (CIE 1931 luminosity function)
  • High sample rate (186 567 samples per second) and large memory size
  • Measure high and low frequencies at the same time
  • Flicker measurement standards:
    • Flicker percentage and index (IES)
    • IEEE 1789
